*Hit 80's Singles note: (Must have placed on the English Language the Billboard top 40 charts (US, UK, AUS) between Jan 1 1980 and Dec. 31 1989).

*Paranormal Beings note: does not include gods

*Comic Books note:  It would be top 50 comic book titles, not specific individual issues.  It would include entire series, creative runs within a series, graphic novels and one-offs (*shudder* I hate that term, sounds so pretentious/defensive), and series within anthology series (IE Ghost World, Maus, Judge Dredd, manga, etc.).  This does not include comic strips since it has been shown people would like those categories separated, which is fine with me. And hey, if you're going to vote comic, please do it now and in numbers.

Ooh, almost all of them looked good.  I ended up voted for 80's music, since it's been a while since a purely music thing has been done (and I try to make it a policy not to vote for my own stuff, just to be cool).

EDIT:  DAMN!  I totally missed inventions on the first look through.  I'll totally vote or it next month if it doesn't win this time and someone put it up and there's nothing that goes well with the theme of the month.

i did music.  ive been hoping for a musical one for a while, though im not sure how many singles i really like form the 80s but it will be fun to research.

guilty pleasure movies would be fun but im not sure i have that many i actually feel guilty about.  maybe predator 2 MAYBE.
