Could see that it had a label on it....toward the end of the scarf, by the fringe by Bill's right foot...so it was bought from somebody.

There's been times over the years since becoming a Whovian in the 80's that I've had the chance to get some very nice Tom Baker scarves...

Not tall enough to pull off the look.

Yea, it looks like it was bought. My brother has one our mom made him. It was nice though.

You brother is lucky,I would kill for that scarf.  It looks like it would keep you very warm in the winter.

For some reason i didn't notice it the first time i saw that message but I did last night.

I actually have one. :D

Friend of mine made it for me end of September and I *love* it. Patterned after the original scarf, around 15 feet long or so, and definitely keeps me warm in the Minneapolis winter. I'm 6'7", so the length, while still ridiculous(ly awesome), isn't as unmanageable as it could be.

You're lucky.  I'll have to see if I can find out how tall Tom Baker is.  You do know that you can do whatever you like because you are 6'7",right?

I like to think so, but hitting your head on doorways is a quick avenue to humility. ;)

If you're curious, this is the place we used for "how to" directions when I got mine made. Has pretty much everything one needs to know. http://www.doctorwhoscarf.com/

My whole group was full of Doctor Who fans. We cheered. Almost wore mine to the show - wish I had!

Well, you dig a trough in the ground, put some seeds in it, and water.

You can grow a scarf?
