he was a cute wittle bear. :( you people are seriously disturbed.

I didn't have a Teddy Ruxspin, and they never really freaked me out, I just saw an excuse for a Nostalgia Critic video.

I'm being serious about that gorilla though.

Anyway, Star Trek, huh?  Yeah I'm buying the hell out of that one.

GI Joe dodges another bullet.  Must be their awesome robot suits.

I saw it on the plane ride back from NY, and was preaching its spectacular riffability to Mike and everyone else in the office. Hopefully they'll get to it sooner rather than later.

Dude.
They try to kill someone with a forklift.
It's like they're taunting Mike and Kevin with that sequence...

Also GI Joe starts with the title card "In the not too distant future..."
I'm all out for kicks...and every inch of me spells EXCITEMENT!

Yeah. Godspeed on your quest, Mr. Pizza!

Also, Star Trek! Woo! Wal-Mart's gonna have the blu-ray for cheap, so we were going to get it anyway.

Hate to be a nitpick here, but Thats the wrong version of the USS Disembaudioprise. Thats from the first six movies, not the reboot.

Actually, that was one grabbed from one of the promotional materials for the new movie... so if there was a mistake, it was made by the star trek franchise.   ::)

..And Who the Hell is That guy with the red uniform all Blow'd Up ???

That is in fact me.   :D
I love the fact that they added an homage to the whole "red shirt get's it every time" joke in the new film.  That guy was so cocky going into the mission, we all knew he was going to die shortly into the away mission..

That would not be the only mistake the franchise has made.....  ::)

I'm with you on The Chuck E Cheese band.  Damn you Rock A Fire Explosion!  I mean, most of them weren't that scary to me, but that gorilla that played the keyboard?  You could just feel he was one happy birthday song away from a murderous rampage.

I'm pretty sure that describes most of the employees at Chuck-E-Cheese.
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere.
Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen."

Okay, here we go with some rules.  [...]

3. Ask an incorrect movie title? Disqualified!
(If you just start shouting out movie titles, it slows down the game, and it costs you that turn as well as any future turns.)

Strategy is key! So have fun! The winner gets a gift certificate for free trax.

I like the goal of this, but I think the penalty is a little too harsh.  How about "You're disqualified for five turns"?  After all, somewhere along the line of those 20 questions, you expect people to guess a specific movie title!  That's the whole point of the 20 questions!

What I'd like even more is "you're disqualified from guessing for half of the remaining turns".  So a guess at question #1 would cost the person 10 turns if they had it wrong, but a guess at question #16 would only cost 2 turns.  But that's probably a bit too complicated to do correctly in the middle of the hectic competition...

I agree that it's a weird rule, especially when the point is to guess a movie.  I think if you guess randomly before the 10th question, you should be disqualified completely.... but if it's after the 10th, then you get disqualified for 2 rounds.

I like the rule.

1) there's a whole heap of people playing at once, so if you guess wrong, someone else gets a shot.

2) It discourages people who don't pay attention to the questions asked and just through out titles because they are trying to win a free Rifftrax.

3) It's not like it's a life ban, there'll be another game in a couple of weeks (usually).

Also, it's just a game!
FINE

At some point it always devolves into Title guessing, so when is too early? Was the guy who guessed the title correctly in that one 20Q that only went ONE QUESTION, was he banned for the rest of the game?

Yes, the person who guesses correctly is banned from the rest of the game.  ::)
