We at QuipTracks were thinking that it's about time we got in on this blogging business. We're funny guys. This would be a good way to bridge the gap between tracks (progress on which has been slowed by college and whatnot) and give you something to laugh at roughly, oh say, every four days or so. Then I remembered: We already have a blog. We've had a blog for almost a century, ever since we started our business as a railroad in 1910. Admittedly, we've been sporadic with the posting—averaging less than one entry per decade—but we're going to start doing better (thanks in part to the invention of the internet). I'm just embarrassed we never made it viewable to the public or told anyone for all this time...

Start from the beginning

I like to imagine you guys as a sort of Statler & Waldorf back before there were movies to riff. Maybe less curmudgeonly, though. Maybe getting into scraps with other theater patrons who didn't get it. Your pumpkin hats would be squashed into the proper improper shape in the ensuing scuffle, but you'd soldier on to make fun of more bad theater productions until movies were invented. Then, you'd get booted out of movie theaters until television and, later, home movies were invented.

I'm a little scared about this riff. Not that I don't think the riff will be hilarious, but the only thing I remember about the movie is hating it a lot. And the bad CGI.  Plus, the movie is -what?- 208 odd minutes long. In bad movie time that's a hell of a long haul. I really feel for you guys, but I know that your pain will make for a good time for me later.
