Doctor Who?

Just to let people know that by the end of the year you will be able to order the complete 90s series of Spiderman from the UK.  Don't know what is holding up a US release.

That stinks. I like that version of Spiderman, but who knows when I'll finally be able to buy it without a region free player.

I'd like to see the 70s live-action TV show of Spiderman be released.

Tripe

Yeah that one I'd buy.

You have thought that somebody would have released it what with the films and everything.

Plastic Self-Cleaning Duck

Two websites I found while looking for info on $1 DVDs...

The Public Domain Forum

And TV4U.com which has public domain tv shows, commercials and movies.

I wonder if there's a rights issue, like there is with the Batman tv series.

Doctor Who?

I wish it was the same thing as The Batman tv show because that would mean that one day we could see a UK release of the Batman tv show.  Thanks for the links PSCD.

I've got the laserdisc version, with four episodes on it; someday I'll rip it to the computer.

They already had the copywrite. They didn't want to sue themselves into oblivion.

Another series that I am waiting for is the two seasons of "The Bullwinkle Show" [the show that followed the 3 seasons of "Rocky & Bullwinkle & Friends" which are available].  For some reason they've not been released.

And another thing that has not been released that bugs me not having it [love that sentence structure!  :D ] is anything beyond the pitiful selection of 'Beany and Cecil' cartoons that were on the 'special disc'.  There were a lot of cartoons and only a tiny, tiny few made it to the single DVD that has been released.  [I know Kevin would join me in wanting and partaking of these: he's made a few riffs off of that series.]
... and sunnuva' bitch!  I just looked on Amazon [to see how long ago the first was released] and there's another 'whole' DVD due out next month after nine freaking years of waiting!  But it's 11 more B&C cartoons!  YEAH!!

Oh... and I want the 1960s 'Fantastic Four' where the cartoons used Kirby's original comic art as the starting point for the animation.
