Michael Winslow, he would be fantastic

He at one point (don't know if he still does) lived in Miami. He would shop in my record store. Really nice guy. He would also shop in the Sound Advice store in the same strip mall and the guys there would get him on their P.A. and he would do some sound effects! Scared the crap out me one time doing gun shots!

0) Chelsea Handler, hands down the funniest woman in comedy right now. Just bribe her with some Grey Goose and you're all set.

1a) John DiMaggio (the voice of Bender in Futurama). Listen to the commentaries on the Futurama DVDs, this guy is hilarious even off the cuff.

2b) David X. Cohen (Executive Producer/Writer for Futurama). Same thing: On the commentaries of the Futurama DVDs, Mr. Cohen stands out as one of the funniest people on the crew (you could get him to riff a Cohen Brothers movie - eh? EH?)

3c) Anyone else from the family of Futurama.

2) Tonya Harding, Lonnie Love and anyone else who has commented on TruTV's World's Dumbest.

3) Dennis Leary

Thrifty

I don't recall if I mentioned this earlier, but Patton Oswalt.  And riff "Death Bed: The Bed That Eats".

He may be busy filming Rape Stove.

Jeff Dunham, as himself or any of his characters (Walter or Peanut preferred, if that's the case...) The guy's funny when he's on script, yeah, but when he's gotta improv, he's even better - for example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CUky_7f5juc and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dl42K8M30E

Two more suggestions: The guy who does the intro and outros to all the riffs ("Rifftrax!"), as long as he kept the announcer-like cadence in his voice, like in that one trailer for the Jerry Seinfeld movie - or heck, just get that trailer voiceover guy! That trailer is hilarious ("Get out of the booth." "No...I like it in here!")

ambitiously stupid

The guy who does the Torgo videos from Comic con.
When punks start hasslin' decent people, I make it my buisness!

Listen Murdock, I'm sick and tired of your dead lobster...

ManUnderMask

Craig Ferguson with all three or just Kevin and/or Bill and preferably riffing Captain America (2011)
I survived the San Diego Comic Con 2010 Hall H stabbing.

TTYT

Tom Gottlieb (better known as the narrator for Whacked-Out Sports and Whacked-Out Videos, and as host Cookie Masterson from the You Don't Know Jack video game):

Gary Busey - because that would just be awesome, especially if he's in prime World's Dumbest form.

Being stuck in a small soundproof room with Gary Busey? I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. Well, maybe Yoko Ono.

I still say - invite Mark Hamill in for the riff of Return Of The Jedi

Heck, invite Mark Hamill in for a riff on anything.

Agreed. He should be near the top of their list of potential guests. Right next to Bruce Campbell.

Jerry Seinfeld. In the Seinfeld episode at the Chinese Restaurant Jerry is going to go see Plan 9 and make funny comments. I wonder if Jerry really is an MST3K and Rifftrax fan?

He co-wrote an HBO special with Joel in the 80's, so you never know.
