It's deliciously, wonderfully bad.

It combines the sleaziness of a "Cinemax at 2AM" movie, the acting skills on display in hardcore porn, the concern with continuity of a Turkish sci-fi ripoff movie, and the "WTF" factor of a cheap 50s B movie... in other words, all the things people who hang out on the RiffTrax forum should love!

Yeah. That part of it is brutal. I am not a squeamish person when it comes to nudity or sex scenes. Bring it on, I usually say.

But seriously, The Room turned both APGIL and I off to sex for some time. Took us a little while to recover.

I just saw The Room that was the single most painful thing I have ever seen in my life.

Why all the stupid sex scenes?
Why acting that was worse then a Billy Mays ad?
Why the breast cancer?
Why the texidos and the football?
Why the banking?
why Lisa?
why Danny?
Why the drugs?
Why the sub Superman 4 greenscreen?
Why should I go on living after this?

They should show this movie endlessly looped at Getmo.  Do you have any idea how many terrorist plots we would uncover?

Also there is no way this was a comedy I don't care what Wiseau said.

Is there anything that can take away the pain?
