Is it really that insecure in itself that it feels it has to reattain the audience's attention every other scene? :gouge:

Maybe Johnny never had sex with her.  Maybe the whole time he WAS thrusting into her belly button, and that's why she begs for sex that one time and says that he owes her one.  Maybe that's also why she cheats on Johnny.  Maybe Johnny's belly button fetish was Johnny's downfall.  Or maybe not.
