This maybe deserves its own thread, but in the FAQ, the iso burning program you reccomended only burns files up to 300 Megs. It won't touch this one. Also, the link to WinRAR doesn't work.

yeah, I'm still not seeing any new files in mine.. I'll log out and log back in and see if that works :-\

Nope. Still nothing :'( :'(

EDIT: Ok.. I had to re-purchase the 'download and burn' for $11.99 despite already paying the initial $14.99 and now it's showing in my files..

If someone over there could refund that back to me(at y'alls earliest convenience), it'd be much appretiated KTHXBAI ;D

MrTorso

For everyone that bought a deluxe ticket to the live show. It was not going to include the STUDIO version (vod,MP3,Download to burn). That was always going to be a separate option.

I bought the mp3 version and that's not showing up in my file list.

I have the same issue.  I bought the deluxe package and understand that the details behind refunds and such are still being worked out, but I've just now purchased the MP3 and it's not in My Files.  Also, I didn't receive an e-mail with download links... so something's wonky with the system.

EDIT:  The transaction is listed on my orders page, however.

Sure think. Also I'd like to reiterate what MrTorso said - the live show ticket was not going to include the studio version of Planet of Dinosaurs, but the recording of the live version. We hope to have something figured out instead to make up for this disaster.

Good point. I'll replace it with a link to IsoBurn. (I checked the WinRar link and it works for me.)

I downloaded the Burn to DVD version of Planet of the Dinosaurs, and I'm not getting the movie audio. The video is fine, and I can hear the riff audio, but not what they are riffing on.

Anyone else getting this problem?

Yeah, it's in a couple other places on the forum. We're well aware and will be updating it first thing next week. Not sure how that got missed (or how we lost that audio) but we'll be fixing it asap. Thanks for your patience.

I too am noticing audio sync problems with my POTD VODs  Everything is in perfect sync when the movie starts, but as it progresses I began to notice that things started to seem moving in slow motion.  I thought it was just bad production values on the original film, but as more and more of these occurred, the film got more and more out of sync with the audio.  By the end of the movie the audio about a second or so off from the video.  I checked all three formats I downloaded (divx, mp4, mpeg2), and it's present in all of them.

Was this a problem with the original film, or with the conversion to the VOD formats?
