Hey,

I just downloaded the Planet of the Dinosaurs burn to DVD file for $9.99, but when I go to My Files to start burning it, the file isn't showing up at all.   When I go to "My Order History", it clearly shows that the purchase was a success- Order 1197520765.  How can I make my download available?

Thanks,
Andrew

They're working on the live riff issues currently.. It's gonna be a bit of a longer wait before the files are available

Bummer.  Haha, I was all ready to actually watch the live show tonight, too but nooooooo- my stupid REAL friends wanted to hang out.  So, when I got home I figured I'd download the already-done studio version.  Looks like it didn't quite work out quite like I'd hoped.  Eh, I hope I can download it before I go to bed.  Thanks.

Hi, sorry about this. The option was available when it wasn't quite ready yet :)  We're finishing up the file uploads for the burnable DVD. Should be up shortly, and once it's finished, it'll be added automatically to your My Files area.

I'll update here again once that's complete!

Pak-Man

I'll need it too, in case it's something manual instead of automatic. (Waiting patiently. :^))

mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

All files are now available. Enjoy!

Also, for those of you new to this process, here's how you would download our mutt-part RAR file, extract the image, and burn to disc: http://www.rifftrax.com/faq/26640

Feel free to post here if you have any difficulties.

Great, downloading now.  Well, one more thing- now this is probably because I'm still using a DSL connection, but good LORD.  My estimated time for downloading the .RAR is 3 hours and 47 minutes!  God help me if I chose the wrong .RAR file to download, too.  This sucker'll be done when I wake up, at least.

Pak-Man

Downloading now! And thanks for the FAQ. I was beginning to think I was in over my head with rars and .isos and whatnot. I can do it now! :^)

David

I got both the MPEG and the WMV, and the audio/video seem to go out of sync in places. Does that happen to anyone else?

Piobman

I'm guessing the VOD is only appearing for those purchasing the movie now... I bought the everything package and still haven't seen anything appear yet in the files section. That, or I'm blind.

Pak-Man

The everything package is a different can of worms. If we bought the everything package we get a refund and some shorts, If I understand correctly...

So we have to re-buy it then? I think some clarification might be needed then.

No need to re-buy. I think you missed the part where we said the extras will show up on Monday (hopefully). Might be a tad bit later in the week but it'll happen.

Also since there won't be a recorded version of the feature, since it didn't happen, we'll have to figure something else out for that. We will be discussing it next week and we'll let you know what happens.
