Some of them quite disturbing. Like G1 Megatron's excess trigger mass.....

Though to be fair, that was disturbing regardless of if it was pocketed or not.

Only if everyone else here who enjoys the same thing can be Transformers too.

I saw the preview they showed during the superbowl, and i have just one thing to point out:
Remember all those complaints TF1 got for using shakeycam when all its characters were giant piles of sharp metal, thus making the action indistinguishable?

Well, I have to say I didn't recognize a damn thing in that trailer.
Apparently Bay has a way of transforming complaints directly into money.

The only thing I reconized was a giant robot on a unicycle.

Incidentally, I think this

is the best rendering of the transforming sound I've ever read.  It's possibly the only one I've ever read as well, but it's awesome.  I salute you, sir.

Will they be handing out airsick bags at the movie theaters this time then?

I get that some people don't like the style of Transformers, Cloverfield, etcetera... but the 'motion sickness thing' is WAY too overblown at this point. Frankly the shaky cam stuff is rather watchable to the vast majority of us.

Not to get off the subject of robots weenies, but a teen I know worked at the Rave when Cloverfield was released.  He would tell you it's not overblown.  He said there was a lot of puke to be cleaned up.

He didn't work there during Transformers (I don't think, I don't recall him talking about it anyway), but it's not nearly as unwatchable as Cloverfield in that respect (granted, Shia's acting might make some want to puke).
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

Having worked in movie theaters for the past 10 years or so I can vouch for the fact that many, many people puked during Cloverfield (and Blair Witch).  Some of the patrons I encountered who got sick said they had never had a problem with motion sickness before.  I don't recall anyone getting sick during Transformers.

One of the few rifftraxes I would have trouble watching again. I didn't get sick watching it but during the movie when they dropped the camera... my wife and I yelled "THANK GOD THE CAMERA IS STILL FOR A MOMENT!" I don't think that's what the director really wanted as his effect. I actually enjoyed blair witch so I'm sure this could have been done. But sadly, they failed miserably. It became more of an annoyance in the end. If only michael bay would figure this out.

Nobody puked during Cloverfield. People just brought bags of puke into theaters and dumped them on the floor as part of a viral marketing stunt for puke.com. Puke! It's What's For Dinner. They were just piggybacking the Cloverfield viral marketing. It's similar to when people said The Dark Knight was the best movie ever made and bought millions of tickets as viral marketing for bullshit.com.

Why does he have green stuff in his mouth?  Did he stop in Nilbog?

I'm sure he "oil leaks" on hospitality, too.

I almost puked during Transformers, though it had nothing to do with motion sickness.
