Good call, I wouldn't call either of them bad directors but there's definately a MAJOR peak they've set for themselves.

- how I read any complaint about MST3k (or Star Wars or Ghostbusters)

Isn't it sad when someone is too stupid to detect sarcasm?

Quote from: Doctor Who? on December 03, 2008, 06:05:04 PMOh well what are you going to do.

Oh and Jackson and Bluth's movies are better because you can see what is happening and you can fallow the plots. Also they have GOOD acting in them.

In your language, do 'good' and 'bad' have the opposite meaning as in English? If so, yes, Jackson and Bluth's movies have good acting. ::)

How about Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer? McNaughton hasn't done anything as intense and powerful since then (except for Wild Things, but that was intense and powerful in a more... pants-wardly direction).

I dont know about BAD, but Troy Duffy make one of my favorite films, Boondock Saints, then did NOTHING for over a decade..............

I've heard that the documentary on him, called Overnight, is very illuminating as to why he didn't do anything.

Yeah, that was like watching a trainwreck, only without the pesky government investigators.

I did see in IMDB that he is filming Boondock Saints II right now.

The Matrix - The Wachoskis

Bound was excellent. All three Matrix movies were good. Why are they bad directors again?

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark and saaay... because you're a troll?

Nick

I'll say M. Night and Sixth Sense. Unbreakable was pretty good(imo). Everything else has been pretty horrid.
Killing me won't bring back your Goddamned honey!

I didn't see the "good" part of The Sixth Sense. Oh wait, I did see the twist ending. Nevermind.

That's your answer to everything. "Why do my feet hurt?" "Because you're a troll." "What is the meaning of life?" "You're a troll." "How much does this cost?" "You're a troll."

Probably basing it on Speed Racer, or the fact that their involvement couldn't make The Invasion compelling (in my opinion).  That'd be my guess, anyway.

They did have a lot to do with V for Vendetta, though, and that was excellent. So that's something for them.

Oh, yeah.

I guess there's reason enough for these guys to end up in both topics.
