Can you dig it?

Anyway, this was a good riff with some great lines. Here's a few of my favs:

"OK, we're getting into Monty Python territory now."

*too the math teacher when he appears in the doorway* "Who are you?"

"It's like Seinfeld without the humor."

"She's got legs and knows how to use a gun."

"Forget about the aliens in the corn."

"We think it might be Shriners."

"You've got five people and four bullets, no wait..."

"Hot dog..."

"You're a straight shooting guy, what's your position on hot dogs?"

"Hot dogs..."

"Save the hot dogs!"

"Put a piece of glass in your eye, you know you want to..."

"And by the way, that Good Samaritan sticker was there when we moved in!"

"A human! Rustle your leaves at him!"
"But there is only one, stick to the protocol!"
"The ivy is right, cease the rustling!"

"This is for how you treated the Lorax!"

*little girl opens the door and sees the plant blowing in the wind*  "ooga booga booga booga!"

"And this is for the giving tree!"

Also the Black Knight reference (naturally).

How about the rest of you?

The 'Runaway Train' alternate lyrics was hilarious!  ;D

"You've got five people and four bullets, no wait..."

That has got to be a reference to Stephen King's 'The Mist.'

Btw, for some reason, the time and place dates and information kind of reminded me a bit of 'The Final Sacrifice.'

That's actually the first thing that popped into my head when I heard it as well. Not really sure if it is, though (it would make some sense, though, so who knows).

"You wanna know the answer? It's over ten Million dollars"
"In pennies..."

;D

It's almost like we stole a gag from Arrested Development.

Maverick Joe Six-Pack

"Dante see if you can find a Quickstop"

after checking the Jeep Driver actually was Brian O'Halloran.  How about that?

RoninFox

I noticed that while watching it unriffed the funny part was I recognized the sloppy camera work panning back and forth from the back seat before I saw Brian's eyes in the mirror and recognized him

I would have to go with:

"If we stay here we die here."
"That's the town motto!"

MST3Kgirl

"they completely vanished"...."like the funky bunch"
the spoof on the Frank Sinatra song..

"Ah, it's probably just Improv Everywhere."

Terror from the year 5000

stansimpson

"The Haaaapeniiiing...  Die die DIE DIE DIE die-d-d-die..."  I was hesitant to listen to this RiffTrax, but a great Simpsons as the first joke?  I knew I was gonna enjoy this!  And quickly followed by a "Deep Thoughts" reference!  "Why do I suddenly expect to hear Jack Handy?"  Hahaha!

Musical stings : suspense ::
kicked into the nuts : comedy
(I forget the exact wording... somebody wanna help out there*?  Cuz it was brilliant and bears repeating).

Why you eyein' my lemon drink?
I heard the "lemon drink" in another rifftrax and thought it was a lolcatz thing (which didn't make sense).  My jaw dropped when I heard that lady say the line!  Now I gotta go back to that other one but I've completely forgotten which one it was!  Anybody know*?

Thanks for explaining the "Clerks" reference.  I appreciated the nod but couldn't figure out why it wast there!  Speaking of references lost, when Marky Mark first puts on the mood ring, I think Mike says something like "The ring of [something]."  Anybody know what he says*?

*I realize I'm asking a lot, but I figure I'm killing several birds with one post this way.  Thanks!
