Fairly easy process...best to look on redbox.com to find where it's available and reserve it.

So you reserve it from their website, they make sure it's at the box nearest you and you go get it when they notify you it's there?

Sounds like you can't reserve it unless they have it there because it says your rental starts when you hit the reserve button.
