Yeah i think those two still stand out as two of the best animated movies of all time.

HAVE THEY EVEN BEEN RELEASED ON DVD OR VHS IN THE PAST 15 YEARS?!

Pak-Man

Alice in Wonderland would look beautiful in HD.

And I missed it.  Darn!

No, you didn't.

And Disney is just continuing the same policy with their DVDs that they used to do with their movies in the theaters.  They would only release the "big" animated films every seven years on the theory that they would hit a new generation of kids the right age for them (unless you were born on the cusp of this - you were either too young to remember it when you saw it or old enough that you felt like a baby for wanting to see it).

And Sleeping Beauty is coming out again October 7th....and they usually release them in groups...but I can't find whatelse is coming out.

It's also coming out on Blu-Ray, but Sleeping Beauty was never one of my favourites.  I'm just hoping it's the start of their HD releases.

Just revisiting this thread to mention that Peter Gabriel should win an Oscar for that song at the end of the movie.

I mean, they gave one to fucking Phil Collins...
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

Got something against Phil Collins, BBQ?

And yes, they gave him an Oscar, once he sold himself out to the Evil Mouse-Eared Empire.  Which means Peter Gabriel is now in line, so you're in luck.

I really should lay off the sarcasm ... but you jabbed me in a sensitive spot.

I just like Peter Gabriel Genesis better than Phil Collins.

A guy who writes "poor me" songs who sent his wife a fax to tell her he was divorcing her?

Why not?
