Here are some suggestions for future VOD Riffs

200 (1976) - Super Trippy short from 1976. This is very short so it would work best when attached to a longer short. Pity Drugs Are Like that has already been done. Tell me this would not have been perfect to play at the end...

Red Nightmare Think a 1950s version of Red Dawn! With Jack Webb....

Patriotism (1972) Bob crane talks to kids about things they can do to be patriotic like help around the house and sharing. Just been done. Thanks Mike!

Duck and Cover - Yes the classic idea of ducking and covering your head will protect you from The Bomb!

Meeting Strangers: Red Light Green Light A safety video for kids warning about talking to strangers. When ever the stranger is talking to one of the kids a flashing red light is super imposed over the stranger. Kinda weird video. Green Light people are people like cops.

Tomorrow's Drivers - By our old pal Jam Handy! narrated by Jimmy Stewart! Compares kindergartners driving little cars to adult drivers! Hilarious! Featuring little cars you wish YOU had when you were five!

The Talking Car- This is the Incognito Cinema version, but you get the idea. Tried to find the unriffed version to show ya. Now I gotta watch this version. Oh the gap and buck toothed kid was apparently on Patridge Family a few years later. Groovy!

Which is actually a pretty good progressive film from a mental health perspective but nevertheless is GREAT for riffing with all of the best elements - a dysfunctional family, little kid misbehaving, conflict with kid and teacher.  If you watch it you'll see.  I had it on Cuts.com with captioned riffs but that is forever gone from me it seems.

Well according to Thrashalla, They are getting some of their new videos from Educational Archives DVDs. I own 3 of the DVDs and that is where the past 3 short have come from. Down and Out off of "On the Job", Drugs Are Like That off of "More Sex And Drugs", and Patriotism off of the "Patriotism" set
