Good: Peter Cullen. Having a Transformer as a friend. Establishing (in comics) that Arcee does exist.

Bad. No Frank Welker (Hugo Weaving is awesome, but he sounds like every Decepticon in the whole dang movie!). Having your Transformer friend keep still while you make out with your girl on his hood. No arcee. Oh, Having Shia be Mr. "I got to do it!" through out the entire film. The dumb and obligatory "We are federal agents so we're going to seize your alien friend from ya and zap the heck out of him for no reason!". Enough product placement to fill a Mall. The dumb and not well thought of near sacrifice of Optimus Prime (He's going to leave the autobots leaderless while Megatron still lives?). Shia killing Megatron. Jazz. The idea that bringing the Allspark Cube into a hugely populated city was a good idea.

Ugly: This film is just an "I love you!" letter to the United States Military. If the movie Armageddon exists in this movie's universe, then so does Michael Bay. So many pointless characters.
