Well, not really. To be fair on this one, remember that the pic was most likely taken with a digital camera (regular film is more high-def). Then the image was likely converted to jpg (compression = loss of data), and the image size was relatively small (and at an angle, not straight in on the glass lenses). So basically the image wouldn't even contain the data that you'd likely need an electron microscope to see anyway (or be a transformer and be able to project the image by shining your eyes at it).

Bad Thing: many cliches or one-dimensional characters

Good thing: they picked some of the better cliches For example, the love-interest-for-pathetic-dork-character was a lot more believable than most of the "oh attractive person who takes me places, I'm only interested in <Protag>, because he's a 'nice guy', by which I mean he is neither attractive, nor wealthy, nor does he have any spine or personality. I'm drawn to him because the fact that god rains shit upon him equates with niceness, despite no evidence of that being present in his character."

Good Thing - The return of the "36 year old teenager" (Megan Fox)  Well, at least she appeared to be that old in comparison with all the other "teenagers" in the movie.
Bad Thing - A Micheal Bay Production - I'm  way, way  past the age of the target audience for this movie (13).

Bad Thing: Only one? Crap. Well, every single made-for-TV, pre-packaged, spoon-fed, gut-wrenching, over-hyphenated lame ass excuse for jokes.

Good thing: We finally got our live action TF movie after a lifetime of waiting. And Peter Cullen.

Bad thing: No Frank Welker. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Weaving. But there's this rapturous universal wave of joy when Welker and Cullen play off eachother which we totally missed out on.

Good Thing: Computer animation has progressed far.

Bad Thing: You don't have to take it to the nth degree every time you make a movie. It's more fun when you can actually follow the transformation and it makes sense.

Good Thing:If the camera had been pulled back I think we would have been able to tell what was going on in the action scenes,and I think they would have been kind of cool.

Worst Thing:Am I the only one who was put off by the fact that there was so much talk about masterbation and sex in the Transformers movie.  I mean I like a little family Guy or south park type humor as much as the next guy but it really seemed out of place in a movie based on kid's action figure.  The same goes for the Bush scene. This movie was too dumb for adults but it was too dirty for kids,who were the target viewers?!
