My computer finally let me sign it.

Oh and Boll's movies go beyond bad and he keeps ripping on people who are better then him(Not by much but still better)and anyone who points out his movies are bad so I just want him to go away.

I agree RoninFox. Michael Bay's movies are horrible, but they look good and the explosions and mayhem are handled well (aside from too much camera movement). That means he should be a second unit director or effects coordinator. Those he could actually be good at. Uwe Boll on the other hand couldn't even do a good job as a grip or a boom operator. For that reason, Boll is far worse than Bay. They both are far too egotistical about their accomplishments and can't take criticism. That is why I signed the petition to stop Uwe Boll from making movies.

As for those of you who signed the other one to keep him making movies, just so you can laugh at them. There will always be bad movies and bad directors (Sci-Fi channel is leading the charge ensuring this). Uwe Boll is just an arrogant @$$hole and deserves to be taken down several pegs for that alone.

I've never seen an Uwe Boll movie, but are they really that bad considering nobody ever gives him actors or money? I mean... he IS Ed Wood. I think Ed Wood could have made This Island Earth or The Day The Earth Stood Still if he'd had the option. Granted, he made nude women boring... but then, he wore a dress. There are so many bad-movie directors, it's nice to have one who's a household name.

Anyone who has had to sit through alone in the Dark would not want the person who made that movie to make another.

Aslo Boll decided to beat up a bunch of people in a rigged fight just for telling him his movies were bad.

His movies are not so bad they are good they are just the worst pieces of shit ever put on screen.

I would sit through Plan Nine or Manos again unriffed before i would sit through another one of his "Movies".

Bratpop, I have only seen a few of Uwe Boll's cinematic excrement, but I can assure you that yes, they are that bad. And Uwe Boll even made a sex scen ewith Kristanna Loken silly, not sexy and pointless.
As for whether Ed Wood could do with better actors or a budget, I doubt it. Those thing don't make up for poor writing (except to all the idiots who like Michael Bay's or Paul WS Anderson's movies).

I just wanted to point out that for a large portion of his movies he was getting money from the German government and if he had been forced to acquire his own funds he would have been stopped long ago.  House of the Dead is one of the few of his that I've seen and it wasn't even laughably bad.  It was unwatchable.  My main reason for signing the petition is the fact that he hasn't been gaining his own funds.  If he could get people dumb enough to keep funding his movies then fine, but he hasn't been.

I love Uwe Boll. He's funny. Kevin Smith isn't funny. I don't care if Uwe's movies are crap as I've never had any desire to see a single one of them, and as such have remained happily undisappointed. If you really want to see movies of these video games... do you really deserve good ones? Really? I mean... REALLY? Having suppressed deep, dark memories of Super Mario Bros? No, my friend. You deserve Uwe Boll. And he deserves you. And I deserve the comedy that ensues. Who knows, maybe he'll succeed at making his movies intentionally funny. How can a movie where Verne Troyer gets raped by monkeys ever fail?

Also, I'm very much looking forward to Postal. It sounds like a perfect synergy of "artist" and subject. The imdb quotes from the movie had me laughing for hours.
