Red Tape

There was a novelization of each Star Trek movie. I don't know if that counts or not since technically the book was based on the movie script, but still.

Contact does make sense.  Based on a book, PG-13, came out in the 1990's, sci-fi...has Tom Skerrit in it (Top Gun rifftrack)...

But did it do horribly in the box office?
Imrahil: Don't care about Riding with Death.

Bob: Turkey.

Action Batch:  Woah, let's all mellow out and rap about this.

It's not Contact, unless a 100 million dollar box office take is considered a flop nowadays?

Human antagonist? (Never saw it.)

Well, there weren't that many antagonists...although James Woods was kind of a dink.

Mother of mercy, I had to re-send my post 20 times, and yet I STILL couldn't get a post in edgewise!!!!

It's difficult to keep up when we have 40 people posting at the same freaking time!!!!!!!

No wonder we screwed this one up!!!

I humbly apologise for having hammered away at the 'Post' button in frustration for quite some time, thus being an idiot.

Skerrit or Jake Busey.  Both humans (hell, the damn alien was a human)
Anytime someone offers you 10,000 to 1 odds, you take it.
Lets just say if John Mellancamp ever wins an Oscar, I'll be a rich man.

Well, it was bound to happen some time.  Well done everyone who guessed a random movie right off the bat and to anyone so desperate to get an answer in that they completely went against clues that had already been established!

What's up with the attitude? Maybe if a RiffTrax admin didn't imply it was going to be a Christmas movie, I wouldn't have guessed the one we all voted for on the frontpage.

Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music.

Hopefully this is the last time the Service Unavailable screen shows up. Making the switch sometime soon this week.

Did it really do that well?  Gah.

Oh!  Or it could be Lost in Space-That had Gary Oldman, (Fifth Element), and it's TECHNICALLY based on Swiss family Robinson...maybe?  Ya think?

It applies to me too. And a lot of us.  :-[
I hate the free RiffTrax prize. It's still our fault, but that's the temptation that did us in.

Actually, I was referring to this forum's habit of warning when someone has posted while typing up a reply. You have to hit the post button again, and it keeps holding your post until you review the new posts. It's just annoying is all...

How about we just take the free rifftrax off the table and you let us keep guessing until we get it right?

Or just show us the new Rifftrax poster.  It is the holiday season after all.

How about it Mod's?  Spread some hoiliday cheer our way?
