How about Bob Uecker?  He makes the Brewers games interesting on a daily basis.  And it's not like he has no experience in the biz.

I don't know, not being a baseball fan the last thing I ever heard Uecker do commentary on was WrestleMaina III...and he spent a good deal of his time drooling over the Fabulous Moolah of all things.  I guess anyone willing to do that would be up to doing anything for the sake of comedy though.

As an example, during the pre season game today he was making fun of the PA announcer, the vending staff at the stadium and some of the assistants on both teams.  It's almost like the game is secondary to his stories.  I encourage you to check out a game on www.milwuakeebrewers.com if you have time some day.

Would Jeff Dunham ever come on the show? His Wikipedia article says that he's been referenced a few times on MST3K and RiffTrax. I don't know off hand if that's true, but I don't have reason to doubt it, MST3K being a puppet show and all.

Actually, Chris Elliot would be great, because it would be like Dogbert as guest riffer!

;D

I see these two as being on very similar wavelengths.  And not just because they're both reading books and have beards...

On a side note, I've been watching 'Get a Life,' and turns out snooty little Cousin Donald (Jackie Earle Haley) was nominated for an Oscar (Little Children) and will be playing Rorschach in The Watchmen movie.

Oh, Hell, How can anyone NOT love Chris Elliott... ;D

because he's a corny bastard.

Well, you want them Riff Hellraiser 3, so I'll take your opinion with a bag of salt.   ;D

Some wise man once said: "I hate David Spade the comic actor, but I love David Spade the a**hole". Too true - Hollywood Minute was always good, and no sitcom or Chris Farley movie can take away from that.

So how about David Spade the a**hole as a guest riffer?

Fig Neutron

Spade is a great choice--too pricey probably.

I think Harland Williams would be just GREAT, and you don't see him around too much, so he might be available.

And of course Bob Odenkirk--I'd say David Cross, but he is way too busy.  Unless he happens to be a fan.

Rifftrax should really angle for stand-up comedians (duh), but it could give some exposure to some up-and-comers.  Lowtax is a well-known internet personality, but he's hardly a famous comedian, but I thought he did a killer job on Troll 2 (still thinking of his impression of that creepy lady--everyone was creepy in it, but THAT one).

Of course I'd also suggest Seanbaby, but he's just too much of a "local celebrity".

Has anyone ever suggested the angry videogame nerd?

Someone posted a youtube (the sequel rant) of his that I got a kick out of ... but he swore a lot, so I guess they'd have to find a way to censor him for the Rifftrax. Probably limit his input like they did with Chad Vader.
