I'd buy any of the below in an instant:

1. The Frighteners - From a forum search I guess my sentiment here is not shared, and that's a shame...I don't think this movie is "bad" either, maybe not especially good, but very riffable.
2.  Hudson Hawk  - see 1, but definitely more awful.
3.  Stargate
4.  Conan the Barbarian
5.  Lethal Weapon 4
6.  Weekend at Bernies
7.  Final Fantasy, The Spirit Within

and the following less specific but still not covered genres:

8.  Any "Dog" movie that isn't Turner and Hooch, there's at least 3 I can name, refrain from Beethoven-style if possible.
9.  Any documovie based on a famous musician, my fav here would be La Bamba, but Walk the Line is ripe too...and already done.
10.  Pick any film with Pierce Brosnan that isn't 007, ANY FILM.

Outland  [1981] -  (Sean Connery space Marshall Vs. Peter Boyle Future-Meth Smuggling Mine Manager)  This is so Riff-Ripe... so so ripe.

Robot Jox  [1990] - If anyone has seen this... then you know what I'm talkin about.

The 13th Warrior [1999] - Antonio Banderas as an arab courtier Vs. wierdo tribal cannibals in Viking lands.  oooooookaaaay.

The Hitcher [1986] - The hero is such a lame-ass that I wound up rooting for the killer (Rutger Hauer) the whole movie.... Actually made it way more fun.

The Phantom [1996] - SLAM EVIL!

The Rocketeer [1991] - So many movies that are sooo ripe for riffing... it's getting harder to pick between em...

The Sword and the Sorcerer [1982] - There's only one movie that's more ripe than this......

The Warrior and the Sorceress [1984] - Starring David Carridine and a chick with 4 boobs?

These selections are all based on the fact that they are the "Most Riffable" movies I can think of.
I'm just gonna stick with 8, because I feel that these 8 are good enough to count for any other 10.
If I saw any ONE of these Riffed, I could die happy.  I really want an Outland or Robot Jox riff.... They BEG for riffing.

*note that I'm talking about a specific movie here: Gibson's Bible and loopy German nun scribblings adaptation. Mind you I always cheer when Aslan is filleted in The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, so perhaps I'm not too reverent about the passion in general.

1. Dune stings speedo is just to good.  if ya wanna go all out do the extended tv version!
2. godzilla 1998 for those who though japanese godzilla films were bad.
3. Rambo first blood part II or any others but i think this is best suited
4. Tim Burtons planet of the apes actually the original planet could be fun too or better yet beneath.  charlton heston needs to be riffed.
5. Alexander dont know where to start with this one (three different cuts could be tricky for consumers though)
6. id like to see more tv shows heres an oddball choice: Iron Chef USA not the version on tv now but the really bad cancelled after two episodes version with william shatner (it is on dvd).
7. The giant claw really really really really bad
8. another oddball choice for rifftrax on demand take a buncha edison shorts and riff the beginning of film.
9.  superman IV we got all the other main super heroes so oughta follow up
10. MST3k The movie this would be surreal and offer a nice bonus feature for the new dvd!
