Stinger?

If Batman & Robin had a stinger what would it be?

This could have as many as Troll 2 or the Star Wars Holiday Special so choose carefully.

Any of the jump cut scenes of the heroes would be funny if you end on nipple or crotch.

And Freeze's "Veerrry Niiiicce" was probably the worst pun.

Uma becoming a villian by falling over a table.

Poison Ivy dancing in the gorilla suit.

I'll stop now.

Anything that Arnold says. I've always loved the line "The ice man cometh!!" but it's really not stinger material.

For my money, you can't beat, "Merrrrrrrrrrcy?!"

I think my favorite moment in the movie is Arnold doing his "Arnold yell" as he falls into the vat of dry ice. I was kind of disappointed to hear that someone had spoken over that bit in the commentary.

I like when Arnie starts laughing at the observatory, and then sort of starts coughing. I don't think it was supposed to be funny.

Phantom of Krankor

"Lets kick some ice!"

Bottom line, end of discussion.
I am Ambassador Phantom, from the planet Krankor! I am rapidly approaching your planet... in the warship, which you have just seen. I will arrive tomorrow night at precisely eight o'clock. At that time I shall make my wishes known to you. You will obey them... or die! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA! HA!

That's so depressing though. He never kicked any ice. Don't leave me with that cold realization.

Darth Geek

I realized that in order tho have a stinger, it would mean revisiting even a few seconds of this movie, so maybe we are better off.

I think the part with Robin coming out of the water and the film reversing.

Also, the plant/snake hybrid makes me laugh so much. Even after an hour and a half of my senses being dulled by rediculousness, that thing is still goofy in comparison.

I always liked when MST stingers featured obscure moments that encapsulated everything that was bad about the movie.

In that spirit, I nominate Pat Hingle's unfortunate acting after Poison Ivy tells him he's "too old."

That one too sad for you? Then how about the last few seconds of the motorcycle race scene, as Robin and Barbara are dangling from the bridge. After the scene has clearly fulfilled its purpose and should end, it lingers on Silverstone, who emits a strange kind of groan/sigh that defies interpretation. Is she relieved? Upset? Introspective? Gassy?

Minnesota

How about the scene (right after its agreed Alfred's niece can stay in the mansion) where Clooney, Silverstone, Alfred, and O'Donnell are all smiling like idiots.

Just show Batman Forever uncut and unriffed immediately after it.
On timeout

My choice for stinger : Clooney punching through the tambourine and saying "Good night."

Not because it's the cheesiest part, but it just seems to work so well as a stinger.

Phantom of Krankor

Or perhaps Robin's insanely terrible delivery of "Well, she's definately evil."

That tambourine was a drink tray. One of my unused riffs was, "not the nacho plate!" Though I used it at another point. Should have been that one. That he says, "Good night" afterwards makes no sense... in any language. It's the worst quip in the entire movie. It's just brainless. Good stinger.

That, or the "botanical butt" line in all it's awkward glory.
