Only on their day off :)

Maybe it's casual friday.

Superman would rarely go and kill Nazi soldiers though, right? I always thought he and Batman were taking down those nasty "fifth columnists" that were infiltrating the US.

If you're still looking for it....

Cool!  Thanks!  Now if we can just find someone selling copies of Message From Space....    ;)

EDIT: Actually, I found one.

QuoteThis site also sells copies of the Justice Leauge of America TV movie and the David Hasselhoff Nick Fury movie

This site also has more catagory tabs than it has actual titles.   :D

But that still doesn't explain the out and out hatred a lot of batman fans seem to have for her.

I hear she even got death threats.

I wasn't great, but she wasn't bad either yet all the Batman fans keep acting like she wrecked the movie.

Is it just that fans always have to find something to hate about a movie no matter how good it is?
The whole "marriage" to Tom Cruise made it look like she and her publicity people were trying to make her more important than the movie....when realitively speaking she was a blip on the screen.  And when a lot of people consider the marriage to be nothing but a publicity generator for the two of them anyway....

Still if that's the worst you can say about the movie, and her role in it I think most Batman fans have it better then they think.

Don't know enough about that era of comics to say for sure, I do have the 1943 era Batman movie serial though, where Batman's secret is known to the US Government who uses him as a special agent, and he fights a Japanese agent that's hiding in the emptied out "Little Tokyo" section of Gotham.

Well you know, those 11th century Batmans were never know for their PCness ;)

Yep, back then it was Byzantine Man and his heroic war against the Turks...

Tripe

Isn't there an Elseworlds like that? If not, there should be.

Doctor Who?

Ah,now those are the types of Comics you just can't buy any more.

Too bad to becouse Dr.Turk was the best Super Villain of all time.

RobtheBarbarian

Remember when the Katholic Krusaders first appeared? Man, they had Byzantine Supes on the ropes.

mlcorcoran

there was an Elseworlds about different generations of Batmen, including a Templar Knight named Sir Thomas of Wainright who wore dark, bat-shaped armor and quested for the Holy Grail

Yeah but then BS teamed up Martin Luther and they kicked some real ass in that double issue.

I still same that was the best 60 pages of any comic book ever.

That might be the one I'm thinking of.

But a Belisarius type figure as the Bat would be splendid, perhaps the narration could be in the style of Procopius :).

Wow, one typo and I completely derail the thread.  I'll have to remember that.   ;D

Don't think of it as derailment, more like a shifting to a scenic branch line ;D
