I've seen Blind Dating, which stars Chris Pine.  It wasn't bad, and he was pretty good in it.  I really feel that taking over as Kirk is a big ask for any actor though.

I really couldn't care less about the movie, but I am excited about the future Rifftrax for this movie.  The Sylar jokes, zombie jokes, Hulk jokes, White Castle Jokes and wondering who the hell Chris Pine is.  I'm already laughing.

People with male-pattern baldness or just a strangely shaped noggin have a "fivehead".

And this guy looks the part of a young Kirk....too young.

But they can have the best casting in the world and (from the sounds of it) this script is still going to suck.
