We've had a few entries that riffed an entirely different segment of film...so thatdidn't help at all.

"Hey, I didn't think that the segment you picked was all that hot, so I went ahead and riffed a scene from "La Grande illusion."  I hope you guys don't mind.  Well gotta go... meeting Jeff and the gang down at TG Fliffenfloffels.  Sorry so sloppy."

Would that be the same thing as going through every entry and finding the best riff submitted for each line in the template?

Sort of using the best of the best?
