My vote: Bruce Campbell. His chin is already a source of great power, the mustache would make him a GOD.

there is a second mustache of power.  its the one that is shared between sam elliot and tom sellick.  i hear the westerns that they were in had to be rotoscoped so that they could both appear to have it.  oh and bruce would be a great person to pass burt's on to but if they were to make a movie of the watchmen and cast burt as the comedian, he would have to use the mustache for that.
