I'm always skeptical regarding whether or not anything posted on social media is true or not.
Could have been deleted because it was a bit. Could have been per advice from an attorney.
For those of you who missed it, woman recieved a text from her boss commenting on her looks and how badly he wanted to sleep with her (in more graphic terms than I'm using). Text was intended for a coworker about her but not to her but sent to her by mistake. Boss, victim, and colleagues all attornies. Woman quit and went to see an attorney of her own and boss and colleagues panicked. Boss' wife also an attorney at the firm.

Ahhh...hoax it is. As someone who was once falsely accused of harassment (and saved when some coworkers came forward with texts and facebook messages and personal accounts of conversations with my acuser admitting that she made everything up and trying to get others to lie with her), that shits not funny.
