Maybe one notch higher than a decently adequate riff.  7/10.  Funny short.  The movie was a real piece of shit.  Needed more Cynthia Rothrock.  My favorite parts were them knocking Casper Van Diem's career choices.  Kevin's singing and comedy killers (Hey Hitler was honorable!).  "For 1992 the effects are actually pretty decent...this movie is 18 months old...AGHGHHH!!!"  or "Welcome to evil Disneyland...so...welcome to Disneyland"  Bill's jabs at Casper's band leader uniform.  Mike: "yeah whatever...I eat bugs." LOL

Posted this elsewhere and moving it here (and, yes, absolutely needed more Rothrock):

Just got back from RiffTrax Live Star Raiders since there's no child board yet. This was really special, because it's the first time my dad & I got to attend one together. He's a fan of MST3k but hasn't gone to a show since Plan 9. We had a blast. Really funny stuff and laughed all the way home reminiscing our favorite lines which included:

"I saw something shiny and my foot is stuck in a hole!"
"Hey, it was Captain Lou Albano under there the whole time."
"Hold on, Casper! We're still filming! Come back!"
"I'm gonna go over there and lay down on a hot rock."
"These are great special effects for 1992." / "This was made 18 months ago!"

All the Casper Van Diem stuff (well, a lot of him didn't even need riffing). The zit-head guy. And EVERY. SINGLE. Crotalus line was THE BEST like "Does she have two mouths?" "Anyway your dad is dead over there." "Who clogged the toilet!? A horse must've gone in there!"

Of course I'm sure I'm forgetting some and will remember more later. Anyway, very fun!

My friend and I got there a few minutes after 8, not realizing it started at 7:30. So we missed the short and the first few minutes of the movie. But I could tell if we had seen the beginning of it the movie wouldn't have made any more sense.

I thought this was a better effort by the guys honestly, and I have been enjoying the LIVE's, but between the pacing of the newer brand of bad movie, and the riffs, they flowed together so there was always something ridiculous to riff on. Apparently Casper brings out the best in the guys. Theater was also packed. Normally if it's half full it's good around here. By the time I bought a ticket there were only two seats left that weren't in the front. Everyone seemed to have a good time as well. I thought this was a very strong effort. There was always something terrible going on the guys could comment about and no dead space where they had to stretch it out, like with the cave dwelling in Octoman.

I'd give it a 9/10 myself. The humor just flowed in time with what we were seeing.

I forgot a lot of those lines.  What was that one..."My sinuses are clogged." Hahaha

Wow. Ten people tops at mine. Still felt like a crowd of course but it would have been better with two.

This was my first RT Live at a premium theater (complete with dine-in) which has those electronic reclining seats with the big barriers between tiers. Couldn't say how many were in mine exactly because we were so separated from everyone else. Based on the exit crowd, it was at least half full. Probably more. I think I'm gonna go back to the regular one because half the fun is sharing the experience with a bunch of other MST3k/RT fans.
