EDIT: By the way, how come when we gave you a good movie such as LOTR, it was "I think they should stick to bad movies" (as was the majority of opinion) but then when it's a really crappy movie like Moreau, you wish it was a good movie? Make up your mind, people!

For the record, I think that LOTR was a crappy film as well.

Because I clearly asked 10 seconds before him!  ;)

I just want to credit everyone who contributed towards figuring this out.

I think we all need a group hug after all this. mrbasehart, that means you have to put your pants back on momentarily.

So, is that confirmation that this is indeed the version used? Just double and triple checking :D

Yes - it's the only version out there (from what we can tell), and the one that was used.

Thanks for the update!  This means there is still time to lobby for the Rudolph/Frosty Christmas 2-pack!  It would be swell!

Hehe, I've been pushing for the Rankin/Bass stuff for ages :D Let's start a campaign!

For those of you who love Blockbuster as much as I: http://www.blockbuster.com/online/catalog/movieDetails?movieId=94002

The Unrated Directors Cut seems to be the only one released. Keep in mind of course the original Theatrical release was PG-13, which is what the answer to the question was based on.

Also, because you were only able to guess this one by way of our generosity, there will be NO RiffTrax freebie awarded. However Nubule was the first to guess on page 12, even though not all of the clues were in.

Good effort, but better luck next time!

Actually, we're rescripting and refilming the entire movie with sock puppets, and changing the title to "The Sticky World of DisembAudio," so stay tuned

Sold!

And for the record, I didn't want LOTR riffed and I do like this idea!  :D I like it when they stick to the slogan: "Some Movies Have It Coming."

Then may I request that you actually change your pants before the group hug?

I also noticed that DisembAudio makes a cameo appearance in this movie, see if you can tell which scene I'm talking about =)

Understood. I think it's just a catchier slogan than the alternative: "Movies that we feel are good candidates have it coming!" That one's a little harder to remember or pronounce.  8)

Yes, good job everyone!  Perhaps in the future we could have official guessers, so as to cut down on the questions missed?  Just an idea.

I can't.  I think it'd disturb the group of otters that have nested in my swampy areas.

On a serious note.  I was just checking Amazon.com and the Moreau they have on there is 100 minutes, while the PAL one is 92 minutes long.  Surely that's too much of a difference?  Am I gonna need to get the NTSC one?
