That part doesn't sound silly at all. If you think that's amazing, you should see what God hides in Heaven's attic. What does sound silly is that a shark would rise out of the sea and consume humanity.  Everyone knows there are flying sharks in Heaven.  That's what the angels ride.  They don't eat us because we're impure.   Duh.

One thing I've always wondered about that type of Christian who thinks all the fossils and evidence are just God playing around (I know most of them do not but I've met a few who do here in Arkansas) is what kind of evil being do those guys think their God is?  To me, in those nutty views, God is trying to confuse us and hide the truth of his actual existence and the way we came to be, and the Devil is trying to show us the truth. . . and he gives us no good reason except that he wants us to love him for him.  Does that not make the Satan the good guy and God a ruthless bastard, just playing around with us and making us squirm for his ego?  Do you really want to follow that God?

It's like one professor I had who would constantly insult me just to see if how I reacted under pressure, and because he thought it would help me "grow."  That guy was a bastard, and his being a bastard taught me nothing but that he was a bastard.  Professors who are nurturing, and encourage you to investigate and yearn for knowledge are much more effective.

On a similar point; If you were Satan would you go around saying "grrr I'm Satan and all evil and such", or would you instead say "I'm God, I'm a nice guy who just want's you to submit fully to me, that other being over there, the one that doesn't want you to submit to divine authority, he's Satan"?

Why would there be oranges and apples suitable for humans to eat if such a long period of time actually happened?  Would not the fruit that would "evolve" be completely unsuitable for human consumption? 

Wow... this is my absolute favorite bit in this screed. Doesn't this guy know that humans actually changed apples and oranges so that they were fit for our consumption? If I understand correctly, if you were to take a seed from an apple and toss it in the ground to let it grow, you would get something that isn't fit for human consumption at all. Edible apples have to be grafted. Someone correct me on this if I'm wrong.

Still, I just love it when cdesign proponentsists trot out examples that we have manipulated using artificial selection over the millenia, such as the banana. High-larious.

No Giraffe is ever going to have it's neck snapping, anymore than a human's will. Pan, a wee bit of anatomy study would be nice wouldn't it?

Giraffes are poorly designed though.  They all have high blood pressure and end up with heart failure, if they don't die due to eating something that upsets their ungulate stomaches to the point of killing them.  Their necks are pretty sturdy though.  Ours fell on his head once, normally that kills them, not from their neck snapping butbecause they freak out.  They are so high stress they can't stand being on the ground and not being able to get up (evolutionary, someone in the wild would eat them).  He was fine, though. No neck snapping,

Mr. Hajenron has a lot more to say on various topics, though being a rather hermit-like individual, it is hard to find his works beyond his seminal work, Science and Its Evil Empire.  I've recently been in contact with him, and with just a promise that I wouldn't copy and send his work to the "Liberal Brainwashing Juggernaut" I can give you all the pleasure of reading this... wise... man's words.

This was a very stupid movie. I saw it on Netflix and found that it was sort of hyprocritical in what it was saying. Very preachy and not a well made movie at all. Maybe its for people who are like minded. Which must be ignorant morons. =)
