"you must be a witch"
"why?"
"Because you've bewitched me"
-Sleep Hollow

OHH I love Tim Burton but I damn near slit my wrist after I heard that.

That sounds like one of my pickup lines. It only seems to work on wiccans, though. :(

I would imagine on most women, you wouldn't get very far past, "You must be a witch!" before getting a swift slap to the face. :^)

I myself would imagine that most women would want to know why you think they must be a witch. Then, they'd slap you for using such a pathetic line!

;)

"I'm the King of the Wrold!"

All hail King J-Proof of Modland. (Watch out for the inevitable coup)

I once had a guy tap me on the shoulder as I was walking to the parking lot and ask me if I was from "around here."  I replied, "yeah...why?" and he said, "Because you look like you're from another planet."  Do lines like that actually sound good in your heads because at first I couldn't figure out if it was an insult or a compliment.  ;)

Maybe he was a scientologist.
mike5150 how tall are you?.....in gallons?

Maybe he was a star trek fan. Those alien babes are always inexplicably hot.

Isn't the Wrold part of Discworld or something?

What!? That belongs in the best movie lines thread. Now I have to go rent that movie. Will it matter that I haven't seen the first two?  ;)

Dr.Impossible

Isn't Final destination the one with the "choose your own adventure" type features? Doesn't the DVD let you decide who lives and who dies?

Does it?  If it does, damn!  I should've gotten it for Christmas!  I want to decide who lives and who dies!!!!!!!!!!
Correction: the coat hanger should be upside down.

Naw, the first two were better than the third one. Final Destination 2 is one of my favorite movies, on my top 50 all time. Final Destination 3 is certainly passable however.

As for the choose you own adventure it isn't that great of a feature. I HATE when dvds make you rewatch the movie to access bonus features, just give me the dam deleted scenes already!
