Bit of a tangent but I'd like to see a Chris Hanel / Raven / Scrivener riff. Like an all-star fan riff. I'd be hard to choose the final team because the Quiptracks guys (and gal) are funny too, and a four person riff? I dunno. Might not work.

Everyone note the date and time.  Four months after I released "The Riff of Khan", I got my first listener feedback.  And ... he likes it!  Yeah, I pretty much have to infer the like, but I'll take it.

Allow me to apologize then, since I listened to your riff quite awhile back and thought it was hysterical, but for some reason kept forgetting to say so.

Just as a technical note, "celebrating fertility" and "gettin' it on" are not exact synonyms.  Thought there might be some confusion.

Maybe I've got to be clearer on my compliments policy, though.  "Accepts cash, checks, or gratuitous flattery."  Something like that.

Of course, all this mutual admiration gets us no closer to the real goal, that being a new Mike riff.  Talented amateurs are nice, but I'm itching to pay for something!  Y'hear that, Mike?  Willing customers out here!

I had a dream that there was in fact a 20 questions thread this week. On Monday in fact, so it was a special treat. Soon the dream became a nightmare when it was revealed that the movie was to be Catwoman.

Come on. Let's be reasonable, everyone. Mike and the gang don't OWE us anything. They're the ones doing us the favor by producing such great comedy for us to enjoy. We can wait a while longer for the next riff. In the meantime, catch up on some of the riffs that you may have missed in the past. There are some really great ones that I'm sure many have overlooked.
