See, I told you it would be over in less then 30 minutes...jeesh  ;)

Hahaha, very nice!  Very, very nice, indeed!  Love the poster!  (As always.)  Bill and Kevin make great silver-dreadlocked, half-bald twin things.  I have a question about the poster, though: Is there supposed to be an image in Mike's glasses, by any chance?  I may be seeing things, and I wanted to make absolutely sure before I decided that, yes, I'm going absolutely crazy.

Wait.  Isn't this the one with *shudder* the twenty-minute rave/orgy scene?

The rave/orgy  scene, though approximately 48 minutes long, is long forgotten by the time you've endured two hour-plus "let me explain stuff to you" scenes from the Oracle and the Architecht.

Mike summed it up well in his Product description (going up soon):

Like a previously worn diaper, The Matrix has been Reloaded! All your favorite characters are back wearing all your favorite unlaundered fetish costumes! See Trinity leap - A LOT! See Morpheus fold his hands and talk - a lot A LOT! Thrill as the Oracle and Neo have long drawn-out conversations to the effect of, "Yea, but if you know that what you know is unknowable, how can you know that what you don't know isn't unknowable, too, you know?" And this without them having consumed half a pan of magic brownies while sitting in front of an Alf marathon!

But more than anything else, Matrix Reloaded is loaded and loaded again (see diaper reference, above) with NIST Certified Assloads of Agent Smith! Hugo Weaving brings his mouthful of Busey-esque, Chicklet-y teeth to this Neo-punching, "Mr. Anderson"-saying role.

Kevin, Mike and Bill re-load the RiffTrax recording studio for another go at the most Whoa-eriffic movie franchise ever!

Hmm. Excruciating dance scene in "Fantastic Four," excruciating dance/rave/orgy scene in this one . . . have the guys discovered a new love for riffing excruciating dance scenes?

The Matrix 2 was much worse than I remembered it, and I disliked it when it came out.  I was encouraged to look up the box office takes of it and the third one, and saw that the third one made 1/2 as much money, meaning that I was not the only one who saw the sequel and said "Nope, not worth finishing this journey"

That might be the most fitting description yet!!

QuoteYou need to find another flick that is really bad and force her to watch it  Wink
QuoteYou should go see Be Kind Rewind that is coming out next weekend
QuoteStep Up 2 The Streets comes out this Thursday...  Grin

George A Romero's Diary of the Dead comes out this weekend. Replace the Monster in Cloverfield with Zombies and it's basically the same movie.

Poor Max Brooks, well imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...which makes for an odd situation there, now that I think about it.

After the interminable dance sequence of The Creeping Terror, it's probably more like they're rediscovering an old love.

Oh well, with all the dancing and copulating and utterly irrelevant metaphysics, there ought to be plenty of time for comments.

The second one spends 90% of its running time explaining what's going on, and still makes no sense.  I can't speak for the third one, as I gave up on the series after the abominable second entry.
