Things you wanted to riff, or see riffed, BUT...

What things about the movie did you want to riff yourself, or at least see riffed by someone else, but...
- you just couldn't come up with anything good. (even if you still submitted a riff for it, it sucked and wasn't used.)
- no one else seemed to come up with anything really good either.
- some other circumstance is at fault for this not getting riffed, or at least riffed as much, or as well, as it deserved.

1. Robin crashes through the museum doors, leaving a perfect bat-symbol-shaped hole in them. HOW?!

2. Robin kicks Freeze's gun from his hands and it lands oddly on top of the big statue. There was a "Damn gravity! There should be a law!" riff, but I don't think that does something like that justice. Unfortunately, that part went by so fast I doubt it was possible to riff well in the first place.

3. Batman and Robin having built-in ice-skates in their boots. We (myself and friends), just couldn't come up with anything good here.

4. Robin pole vaults up the stairs. This one got a "Physics!" riff, but like the 'gravity' riff, it's not a riff that does the situation justice I think.

4. John Glover plays mad scientist Dr. Jason Woodrue who creates Bane. He also plays Lex Luthor's dad on Smallville. No riff made reference to this that I noticed.

5. When Batman, Robin, and Batgirl speed toward the observatory after learning of Freeze's plans, Batman is in some sort of ice-blade equipped car, Robin is in some ice-blade equiped air-boat-like vehicle, and Batgirl is on... a motorcycle with standard rubber tires... driving with no apparent difficulty on the iced-over surface of the road.  ... HUH?!  Oh, and let's not forget she "jumps" off that same bike, which stays upright long enough for her to jump right back onto it.

For #3.  I had "There's no place like rockefeller center.  There's no place like rockefeller center."  A wizard of oz clicking of the heels leads to the most famous place to go Ice skating.  This was one of my favorites.

And I was sad that there weren't any  bobble-head batman jokes.

0:17:05   "..the limbic system"   "Lionel Luthor really has gone off the deep end"

I had a Smallville riff written... it just didn't make it.

Yeah, that was really sad!  I had what I thought was a great one, in response to Bruce's asking if he was pigheaded.  Alfred was to reply, "More like bobbleheaded, sir."

He also voiced The Riddler on Batman: The Animated Series.

Some things are so fracking stupid they riff themselves by merely being.

Commissioner Gordon having his balls cut off and forced to dress and act like Chief O'Hara, despite Shumacher's insistance that the only thing the movie has in common with the series is they're both "played for laughs."

Batgirl trying to get in through the tiny window over the door after a full 20 seconds of waiting for an answer. WTF is she thinking?

Poison Ivy's bra looking like it was stuffed with live shrimp.

Everything in Gotham being 5,000 feet in the air, even the race track which started underground.

The observatory only having Batarang access.

"Ironically, their Bat-ice-skates get used far more than their Bat-gravity-boots."

I don't know what that means. Maybe that Batman should hang upside down more often than he ice skates. It was either that or "Bat-gel-soles." I couldn't think of any funny-but-common footwear that should be used a hell of a lot more than ice skates. Tough joke to write.

The heroes stare proudly at thawing Gotham:

"... *sniff* ... something smells goooo- oh god, Robin, turn off the satellites!"

I didn't go so far as to say the citizens were cooked or incinerated.  Mine was more like (excited) the citizens are saved...(sad) and now they all have skin cancer.

Bat-Grappling-Hooks able to punch through solid metal like a knife through butter from a mile away, but still able to use that same, punctured material to hold the weight of two or three people easily.

When Freeze first activates the telescope with his freezing engine, the entire apparatus freezes. Now how was he supposed to move and aim it after that?

Batman picked up frozen-Robin with ease, instead of giving himself a hernia.

It's easy, his bones are hollow, and he's filled with air sacks.

ah, it makes sense now.

When Batman and Robin are chasing Mr. Freeze throughthe multiple doors to The Furnace (after he has inexplicably slowed his fall with his freeze beam gun), it looks like the doors to the Theater in MST3K. I was hoping for a riff about that. "Apparently they have MOVIE SIGN!"

There wasn't a single reference to all the obvious stunt doubles.

The Batgirl stunt double was the worst. She was a lot older and you could tell really easily.

The only reference to stunt doubles in general (not the specific ones in the movie) was my rejected riff of when batman slides down the dinosaur's back:
"Riffer1: I don't know Tony Hawk did stunt double work.
Riffer2: I didn't know he was so hard up for work."

Heh, not bad.
