Like this.

Of course it might not be up to them, if CT didn't get a worldwide license for Brain of Blood then they won't be able to sell it.

I've decided to go with download as well. Once I found out that the DVD will just be a dvd-r without any kind of special packaging or label, it really made it pointless to have a dvd shipped. Plus, maybe it'll be less $$ to purchase the download as compared to the physical dvd. Who knows?

No you misunderstood. People providing content to EZtake can restrict sales to certain geographical zones, I can't download something for NA only. Nothing to do with any DRM.

Anyway tested out the Download Manager and got my account all set up and working fine.

If worse comes to worse, you could always pay for it and I could make you a region free version and mail it to you.   That way, CT gets their cash and everyone should be happy.

I've installed the software and started a download of their free test content. So far so good. :highfive:

But would that be... 'LEGAL!'  :speechless:

Is it?

I would think it would be legal.   It was paid for and everyone got their money, everyone got their DVD and I dont make a penny on the transfer.   If my thinking is wrong, someone please set me straight.

LOL, I downloaded the Animusic "Pipe Dream" sample for a test... not only did it work great, I loved that Animusic so much I went to their website and bought 2 copies each of both their DVDs! One set for a Christmas gift, and one set to keep  ;)

That's some neat stuff !

Unfortunately, that's exactly what the DVD will look like, just imagine the movie on the green part. "Hey, look at the wacky stuff going on behind all this crap!" "Yeah, uh... dickweed!"

Well I'd imagine that the scaffolding would actually be the extreme left and right of the screen so zoom in to the edges of the scaffolding are right on the sides.  Also this picture was obviously taken from behind the main camera a ladder and several other pieces of equipment.  Imagine all that stuff out of the way and I think this is going to work pretty well.

Again...

Are you being sarcastic or cynical?

Is it hard to imagine that I could actually be serious, making observations based on what I already know about the project, and looking forward to seeing this?  Look carefully at that picture, it's not a screen cap, it has all the equipment in shot, equipment that will not be visible on the dvd.  Also the shadow figure in the middle on the bottom isn't one of the riffers, there are only five riffers and that guy would make six people.  That's a crew member or director or something, so that part of the screen will likely be unobstructed movie.

There's a lot of sarcasm and cynicism on this board, but not in this post.

It looks like the view from behind the greenscreen, so yeah everybody and the camera are on the otherside.  This is just what it looks like from Behind what is going on, not what the silhouettes will look like.
