So I sent my Letter of Contract Termination to the YouTube network Fullscreen about 2 weeks ago because they require you to submit in writing that you will not renew your contract with them before 30 days of the contract date (July 8 ) and even had my California attorneys in LA send a letter to them so there would be no miscommunication on the matter with no response to either of us, until last night..

Subject: received second letter of contract termination

Daniel: Richard, we received a second letter regarding your request to not renew the agreement. I've reached out before but have not heard back. Can you please reply all so we can discuss the partnership terms? Thank you.

Me: This the first email I have received from anyone at Fullscreen..
Confirmed. I Do Not want to renew my contract with Fullscreen and July 8, 2015 will be the contract release date.

Daniel: I'm not sure how this is the first email you received. In any case, I'm sorry you've considered this at this time. We'd like to discuss re-negotiations with you. I'm aware you're previous manager was not servicing your channel as much as you'd like but I'm now currently managing the account. Would you be available to Skype first thing next week? Thanks

Me: We've had this discussion before about not receiving any emails.. There was nothing in my inbox nor in my junk mail so nothing was ever received..
Anyway, I am Not interested in any re-negotiations. You should have acted sooner when I had problems with the previous manager.. I do not use Skype.
As I have already stated, I expect to have my RVR2 channel released from Fullscreen on July 8.

Daniel: Richard, who was previously managing you? I'm trying to recall when you and I last spoke. Your previous manager may not even be at Fullscreen anymore

I was purposely being rude with this guy cause I had better things to do from 8pm to 9pm last night than argue by email with this dipshit..
They 'claim' to have contacted me in the past but it's pretty obvious they never did and all they are interested in is skimming 30% off my YouTube revenue but that's coming to an end in 5 weeks

I got suckered into their 2 year contract thanks to a car salesman pitch that said they would help grow my channel.. My videos helped grow my channel (Currently at just under 5400 subscribers and 6.6 million total views ) and all they did was sit back and collect 30% of my earnings, and not once did I receive a referral fee early on so yeah Fuck those assholes!
