Oh he hates it, and all costumes, dogs hate them. Well Dolly sort of likes her mermaid outfit but that's it.

Jemmy doesn't even like the things that are supposed to keep him warm, he deliberately pees on them to ensure they'll be gone in the laundry for a while.
