Complete with an indoor pool room that seems hidden from the outside.

It's owned by the patriotic American citizen, Real Y Americanman:

A.k.a. guy incognito. When I asked if whether or not he was actually American he said that he was as American as apple cake.
A soldier in the war on poverty

I don't see anything weird in that one.  They over did it on the inside stone work, but I don't see anything really obnoxious there.  The garage door separating the jacuzzi from the living room is an interesting idea.

Must be either out in the middle of nowhere or in a bad neighborhood, around here a house like that would be a few million.

I think that house is actually a TARDIS that keeps re-configuring, might have 6 rooms and 5 baths, or no kitchen and no baths, or 3 floors and 2 rooms, next week it will probably have a library and a pool....

I'd fire the mason that did the brick columns for the fence, one has a different pattern than all the others.

In this crazy market it may sell fast.  So big house, tiny yard, and what about parking?  Looks like barely room for 2 cars.

The realtor moved a ton of furniture in just for pictures?  I guess movers are cheap in your area?

It looks like they 'staged' it for a first time home buyer. They had a U-haul there last week unloading all the furniture and accessories shown in the pics. I thought it had already sold and a family moving in but I guess that was the 'stagers' setting everything up for pics. I assume they are leaving everything there for the new homeowners to keep/rearrange/move out later :-\

I didn't see "furnished" in the listing, unless I missed it.  That means they will pack all that up as soon as the house goes under contract, they will probably leave it all there while the agents give tours or for any open houses.  All that furniture and decoration would probably add $30K to the price.  I spent $5K just on a new bedroom set when I moved into this house.  Well, I guess it could be the cheapest crap they could find so wouldn't add that much, but it's quite a few rooms full of stuff.

BathTub

oh yeah dressing up houses is pretty common, it's worth it I think for people to see how it looks with furniture in it rather than empty. Or in my friend case, trashed and messy haha. He paid like 10 grand to have it cleaned when he decided to sell.

There's an Open House this weekend so I may have to go check it out and ask if all of that stuff is included or not  8)

RVR II

You are correct Marty.
The 'staged' furniture and accessories are not part of the final sale but the buyers have the option to include some or all of the furniture into the final sale price.
