Plan 9... Poor Veronica Belmont took SO much shit from people for just being involved. And SO many sound problems... They've come a long way since then. I think it was about 2 years or more before I finally was able to stop plugging my ears with napkins.

Yeah, that was back when they did little stand-up bits and video skits before the movie. Those didn't go over well. Shorts work much much better.

Yeah, they finally realized that people are just there to see them riff, they don't need a whole variety show.

Twitch chat does not react well to Ms. Belmont, Lowtax or JoCo. I think the staff may have had to pull the live show due to the constant complaining during the show.

I completely forgot that they used to do non-riffing stuff.  I liked that stuff.  It was like the host segments during the Sci-Fi MST3K days.
