Unfortunately the Ponderosa in Cortland NY near my parents closed several years ago, so I haven't been to it in quite a while.

There are no Ponderosa nor Bonanza steakhouses (which are under the same owner) in the Carolinas..
Closest ones are in Virginia.
Texas Roadhouse seems to be the dominant steakhouse here :o

Several times.  It's good food.  Not great.  But it is an all you can eat buffet, and a chain, so you're gonna take some hits in quality.  And of course the gluttony is implied.
I'm not particularly religious, and I don't really like Muppets, but I do love word play.
