Patrick Stewart seems to take particular joy in bringing his trademark dignified style and sense of theatrics to extremely undignified characters and shows. I'm coming to accept him as the spiritual successor to Leslie Nielson.

I think he does it a bit better.  I love Nielsen, but I feel he got WAY too muggy when his style works best the closer to playing serious he gets.  I think Stewart, while still willing to get really silly, tends to be a lot more restrained in a way that benefits the roles.  Still, not that interested in this one.  It could defy expectation Lego Movie-style, but I have my doubts looking at the filmography of the director compared to the Lord Miller team, who seem to have a specific comedic style and worldview.
