The Kino rep said it would be released the same day Rifftrax would also release it, btw.

Sweet!

See, I clicked this link expecting it to be a zombie apocalypse caused by the Jetson's dog.

Blu-ray.com has just released a review of The Astro Zombies and had this to say about the RiffTrax commentary track:

The track is their usual offering of brilliant mischief and mockery (the film's agonizing pace is a frequent target), though fans of the company will notice strange sound levels that mildly distort louder riffs and identify sharp separation among the performers.

We're doing our own in-house mix.

I don't know why we didn't just use one for both or any other details related to the arrangement.

[Johnny Unusual]

Whoa, Tura Satana from Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! is in this.  Hopefully as the same character, karate chopping zombies!

Also, that Zombie has an olde tyme MP3 player.

[David]

I just got the shipping notification, looks like I'll get to watch it this week!

Our version is available as well.

Wait, is that the Icky Elf guy?!

He's just a child!

[David]

The in-house mix is a lot better than the mix on the disc, which nearly mutes the movie audio at times.
