Not unless Warner Brothers buys out Disney...

I'd have to look it up, but I recall seeing it is indeed in some collection of "greatest cartoons" or something along those lines.

I know there is a compilation of different studios' toons, but in the meantime I did find this one, indeed by Disney: "Disney Treasures On The Front Lines".
Places like Movies Unlimited has it (gee...the same place I got all my Manos DVDs...hmmmmmmmmmmmmm).
