Frankly i love both movies. Even tho i think i like "Dawn of the Dead" better because the cool black guy lives at the end. Anyways i see a lot things they can make fun of in "Dawn of the Dead". For one that fake Kool-Aide Blood.

Well, this one isn't in the public domain, so it would be more expensive for them to get. It's also far more violent and gory than the first, so they might not want to tackle it because of that. I think Hor-Riff-ic Productions would be a better bet for that kind of thing.

Are they strictly anti-gore now?  I mean, they did 300.  Of course that was a few years back now.

They've never put out a press release on it or anything, but there is an established pattern that shows gorey movies as rare.  Every now and then we get Alien or Saw, but they're few and far between, and those two were even without Mike.

Yeah, the appeal for things like that is pretty slim. Not saying it's bad, but I personally don't really like watching gory movies like that. I buy every single new full length riff these days, so I'd probably buy the riff if they released it, but I probably wouldn't watch it immediately like with most, if at all. But this is where iRiffing comes in very handy.
