I think Santa Claus Conquers the Martians is actually a Christmas movie. Ice Cream Bunny is...just a...mess, really. Aside from the fact that Santa is telling the story it has nothing to do with Christmas.

Yeah, even taking Christmas out of the evaluation, even in terms of just being movies, Martians is better.  It has a plot, it's easy enough to follow, it makes sense within in its own logic.  Ice Cream Bunny...just say that name.  Ice Cream Bunny.  What the living hell?

I watched the Riffed version of Santa Claus and the Ice Cream bunny for the first time recently...wow. Makes Santa Claus Conquers the Martians look like it was made by Stanley Kubrick.
