Watching the Dr. Who ISO and it seems like the frames jump every so often.  Anyone else seeing that?

We're aware and working on it.

Cool. Was really afraid it was me! :)

Huh, guess I have noticed a (the) problem.

geesus

Looks like a frame rate issue to me.

MrTorso

I hope it gets fixed soon. I really wanna watch the rest but I just couldn't stop seeing the jumps. Once I notice stuff like that I can't get past it.

Are we still looking for a solution on this? I just re-downloaded and can't tell any difference.

Thrashalla

It's in the works still, I'll post in here when I get the new files up.

Just posting so I see the notice of new files.

MrTorso

I am hoping that the new file will sync up to the new Blu ray that is out now in the UK. It looks pretty decent in HD.

Any word on this getting fixed? I've been holding on buying this until the problem is resolved.

I just assumed the source had been PAL and they had to convert it to NTSC. At least, that's what it normally looks like when a person does that...
...and there he was, reigning supreme at number two.  The One... The Only... The Unabeefer.

MrTorso

I have seen bad pal to NTSC conversions before and you usually get the pal ghosting not random frame jutters. The new blu ray in the UK is ntsc and looks awesome. The audio just doesn't line up at all...

We have looked into this and, after several days of bashing our heads off of keyboards, we have decided that this is one time where we're going to have to leave it as is. With the time that it would require to correct it, the guys would be able to write and record a complete new version.
