Do you mean the riff or the movie? The movie definitely is, considering it (the story and dialogue and general core concept) was pulled from a British children's show. The riff should be. They've kept things pretty family friendly in the riff/jokes themselves lately... and any vaguely crude reference would be a subtle reference and go over a kid's head.

I don't remember anything specifically from the riff itself, but I doubt it would be anything a kid couldn't watch for THIS movie.
