Thought they already surpassed the goal.

The new stretch goal is $5M, to get it on all mobile platforms and most game consoles, and free for 7500 schools.

[MartyS (Gromit)]

The Reading Rainbow Kickstarter just got some seriously awesome perks.  A lot of Star Trek cast members doing live events.

Shatner doing a live reading of a children's book, oh my....

[BathTub]

It's funny how that project stalled hard after they announced the 5 Million goal, I feel they should have announced smaller ones in stages.

Wasn't it $2.5M when they announced the stretch goal?  I wouldn't call over a million bucks more stalling....  It does look that way because it went up so fast at the start, it wasn't going to maintain that pace no matter what.

A Godzilla fanfilm. What more do you need to know, really?

(I have to wonder... how are these fanfilm projects "okay" with the holders of the licenses? 'Cause I see a LOT of 'em on Kickstarter. Still. Could be fun.)

Yep. He's just making some potato salad. For $5 you get a bite. And just a suggestion- actually ingesting some potato salad that's been mailed to you during the summer months might not be the brightest idea.

[Darth Geek]

Aaaand he's made over $2,600 so far.

[Pak-Man]

Try over $22,000.

There is money to be made in the irony industry...

[BathTub]

Strangelette runs the best KS campaigns around (this is her 3rd I've backed). Well produced and on time. Many people could learn from that.
