Awfully quiet in here lately...

No new riffs, or even announcements of riffs, in a while. Summers usually have few movie riffs, but we are placated with lots of shorts. Is there anything coming down the pipe soon, or do we have to wait until "Manos"?

Just curious...

The last couple of releases have been coming out with little notice, and we had one just a couple of weeks ago, so I hadn't thought they were 'behind' yet.

In fact, in May, we had Mutant, Prisoners of the Lost Universe and Jack the Giant Killer (hey, it was new to me!)

They've been on such a roll lately that I am keen for more, of course.

Janet and Cole have a new one they have either just or are just about to record also.

Perhaps...

It just seemed like a longer-than-usual amount of time to go without at least a short.

Not so much a complaint as an observation.

I'm just jonesing for some new riffs. I'll think about Cinematic Titanic's release schedule to make myself feel better...

There was a Mike Nelson interview recently with a Comic Books Movies website...can;t recall the name. In it he stated that he had been very ill, so that may be the reason why shorts releases have slowed a bit as of late.

Also, we're heading into summer - which means Comic Con and Manos show, so our legs are kicking...it's just not immediately noticeable as it usually is. Good times are ahead, people! :)

Yeah.. When ever Joel remembers the fact that not everybody can actually go to one of their live shows.. :-X
